KANPNM’s APRN Coalition Conference is designed to provide relevant instruction and new research across 70 continuing education sessions and 4 skills workshops. The goal is to enhance attendee clinical excellence and improve the quality of care provided by the healthcare practitioner.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The purpose of the conference is to offer professional presentations and practical workshops that promote clinical excellence and improve the quality of care provided by the healthcare practitioner. By attending this conference and participating in the educational sessions, the attendee will be able to: 

  1. Consult with experts in primary and acute care specialties. 

  2.  Discuss issues related to Primary Care/Adult Health, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Acute Care, Midwifery, and Psychiatric practice. 

  3. Develop assessment and clinical management skills. 

  4. Evaluate current and new treatment methods and pharmacologic therapies. 

  5. Identify issues that affect advanced practice including reimbursement, malpractice, clinical practice guidelines and new technologies. 

  6.  Increase advanced practice skills to provide expanded services.

MOBILE APP

The Coalition Conference mobile app will help you find the right room, connect with participants, read speaker materials, and learn more about what’s happening in Lexington. You will need to complete the required session evaluations in the app and Wi-Fi will be available throughout the entire conference space for all participants.

SERVICE PROJECT: NATALIE'S SISTERS

"Natalie's Sisters" is a Lexington non-profit organization working to provide sex trafficked and sexually exploited women with hope, support and referrals to community resources to aid them toward control of their life and full potential.

​

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

Refund requests must be made in writing by E-mail to conference@kcnpnm.org.  Full refunds will be given for written cancellation requests on or before March 1, 2024. Partial refunds will be given for written cancellation requests from March 2 - April 23, 2024 (refund minus $75). There will be no refunds after April 23, 2024.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The Hyatt Regency Lexington and Hilton Lexington Downtown are host hotels for CC36 and have room blocks set up for our attendees until April 1, 2024. After April 1st rates will rise and room availability may be sparse. To receive the discounted rate, you can reserve your room online or call the hotels directly with the hotel specific group code.
