the Good News is we have a work-around from our techs at Cvent to make those surveys accessible.
Basically, the techies broke our registration site into two parts — the one that worked before we ran into the glitch that was delaying the surveys — and a B-site that works to deploy the hung-up surveys. It isn’t an elegant or pretty solution — but it does work.
Thank you for your patience as we worked through this unfortunate tech issue which appeared at the worst possible time.
Below are the details about the process to view and complete your surveys. If you run into any trouble, let me know.
The below information is from an email that went out to all our registered attendees the week after conference. If you haven’t seen it, look to see if your spam filter snagged it.
This should let you see and complete all your surveys.

NOTE: As you complete those surveys, they will disappear. That’s normal, that means they are completed.
In a perfect world, without the tech issue — the completion of all your surveys would automatically trigger the release of your CE certificates to you by email. This year, to be certain that the “workaround” awards all sessions and credits correctly — our Conference Manager is reviewing and issuing the CE Credits personally.
BIG NOTE: When you have successfully completed your surveys — send me an email saying: Surveys DONE and I will work on expediting your request through the review process.
At that point, all there is to do is wait on the CE Certificates to come to your by email — once again, watch that your SPAM or Junk mail filters don’t catch them and keep them out of your inbox.

We appreciate your patience while we worked out the issues with the session evaluations.
We have had to duplicate the conference session site in order to complete the surveys for the second half of the conference. You will be able to complete the surveys in either the Cvent App or online via the Conference website. Specific instructions for each are below.
The original conference site (37th Annual Coalition Conference) will contain the surveys for session 100 to 231 ranging from 8:30 am on Wednesday until 200 pm on Thursday.
The duplicated conference site (37th Annual Coalition Conference - Part B) will contain the surveys for sessions 240 to 340 starting at 4 pm on Thursday and going until 5:30 pm on Friday.
You can complete the surveys on the original App site and then leave that site and open the Part B App site in order to complete the rest of the conference surveys.
To leave the original site, click on 3 stacked books icon (second from the right at the bottom of the app). Scroll to the bottom and click on exit event.
Search for the Part B site by searching 37th Annual and look for the link that has Part B at the end. Once you click on the Part B site, you will be able to locate the sessions and complete the surveys just as you did in the original site.
THE PROCESS
To utilize the web page option, click here for the original site. Complete the surveys for sessions 100-231.
Then click here for the Part B web site to complete the surveys for sessions 240-340.
If you need any session changes, please email me at the address below and provide your name, session to be removed, and session to add.
If you have any questions, please also email me at the address below.
I will be monitoring the surveys and CE contact hours awarded. Certificates will be sent out this week (or as soon as you complete the surveys). You have until May 16 to complete the surveys.
